Now that I've got a decent amount of cash to spend, let's get started. List will be updated, so check back every so often.

Large list of Q9 (or lower) shields:
Command shields:
Aureate Aegis (x2)
Scarabshell Aegis (x3)
Diamond Aegis (x2)

Motivation shields:
Goldleaf Defender
Reinforced Defender

Tactics shields:
Darkwing Defender
Sun and Moon Shield (x2)
Emblazoned Shield

Other stuff:
Q8 +5 Shadow Blade
Q7-8 +5 Celestial Sword
Q8 Str insc Spiked Targe (smaller skin) (might not be interested, would need to compare how it would look in-game on my warrior first)
Q8-9 Divine Favor 20/10 Bo Staff
+30 Shield Handle (x a lot...)

I am also looking for shields that fit the following criteria:

Must be non-inscribable
Req 7-9 Tac or Str
Must have the following two mods:
- +30 HP mod
- +10 armor vs <damage type> OR 20% cripple reduction OR 20% blind reduction

The only acceptable deviations from these criteria are small variations in the +30 and +10 mods. In other words, I will consider imperfect versions.

I am also looking for wands and foci (offhand) that fit the following criteria:

Must be non-inscribable
Any req, any attribute (depends on skin)
Must have two of the following three mods:
- HSR 20% (MUST be same attribute as requirement)
- HCT 20% (MUST be same attribute as requirement)
- Energy +15/Energy regeneration -1

The only acceptable deviations from these criteria are small variations in any of the 3 listed mods. In other words, I will consider imperfect versions.

Note: All items are wanted as gold, max, and no higher than the req listed (unless specifically stated otherwise). If you happen to have a lower req that is also max and fits the stats, please post it.

Bump. Thanks Mouse and Aphotic for the shields! Thanks for posting, Coast, but I don't really need those. I don't want blue non-maxes, I don't want to pay 500e+ for an insc shield, and I don't want a focus with mods at different attributes from the req, unless it's 20/20, decent req and a really rare skin. Only fulfills two of those three criteria. That said, I might actually contact you about the Ancient.

I have a q9/16 Command Heraldic Shield Insc

I haven't touched the mods on it but incase your wondering:

Mod: +28 HP
Insc: Run For Your Life (-2 Dmg While Hexed)

As always they can be replaced anyway.

Bump! Improved the formatting slightly. The list of cheap insc shields might be slightly outdated - I'd need to compare it to my list of skins I still need on my desktop which I can't currently access since I'm at home for the long weekend.
